KT'S CUSTOM FLUXX CARDS

NEW RULES
- All Plays Random: Every card you play must be chosen at random from your hand by the player on your left.
- Doublin': Any time a numeral is seen on another card, double it. For example, 2 becomes 4, while two remains two. This affects the Basic Rules. This is a Math Card, which contradicts other Math Cards.
[Originally called X=2X, but changed to have a snappier name the same way X=X+1 was changed to Inflation. Also, I added the last sentence to handle interactions with Inflation and One, Two, Five!]
- Furry Con Bonus: If you are playing Fluxx in a public place (such as at a furry con) and a stranger asks about the game, all players draw 1 card.
[This is the same as the Borders Bonus card, but with a different name and artwork.]
- Hand Limit Even: If it's not currently your turn, and you have an odd number of cards in your hand, discard one. This card contradicts all other Hand Limits and Quotas.
- Hand Quota 3: If it isn't your turn, you must have at least 3 cards in your hand—draw new cards if necessary. During your turn, this rule does not apply to you.
- Hand Quota 4: If it isn't your turn, you must have at least 4 cards in your hand—draw new cards if necessary. During your turn, this rule does not apply to you.
- Hand Quota 5: If it isn't your turn, you must have at least 5 cards in your hand—draw new cards if necessary. During your turn, this rule does not apply to you.
- Hand Quota Even: If it's not currently your turn, and you have an odd number of cards in your hand, draw a card. This card contradicts all other Hand Quotas and Limits.
- Inflation: [Same text as in regular game, plus:] This is a Math Card, which contradicts other Math Cards.
[This is a card from the regular Fluxx 4.0 deck, to which I added the Math Card text to handle interactions with Doublin' and One, Two, Five.]
- Nihilism: No Goal may be in play. No one may currently win. Discard the current Goal. When playing a Goal card, discard it. Life is futile and meaningless.
[Once this card is played, the game is unwinnable until it's discarded. It can be discarded by playing Trash a New Rule, Let's Simplify, Rules Reset, or Double Agenda, which contradicts it. Hmm, any others?]
- One, Two, Five!: Anytime the numeral 3 appears on another card, treat that number as though it were really a 5. This is a Math Card, which contradicts other Math Cards.
[Monty Python Fluxx promo card. I added the last sentence to handle interactions with Inflation and Doublin'.]
- You Snooze, You Lose: Did you forget how many cards you have left to play? Tough. Your turn just ended.

ACTIONS
- Double Everyone's Hand: Each player, including you, must draw as many cards as he holds in his hand (not counting this one, of course).
[The first version of this card was confusingly worded, so I rewrote it.]
- E.S.P.: Peek at another player's hand.
- Fast-Track Legislation: Turn cards up from the deck onto the discard pile until you find a New Rule card. Play it. If the deck runs out, shuffle the discard pile and keep looking. If there are no New Rule cards left, forget it. Do nothing.
- Greedy Bastard: Take the discard pile (not including this card) and add all the cards in it to your hand. Your turn ends immediately, you greedy bastard.
[This card turned out to be way too powerful until I rewrote it to end the turn.]
- Let's Have Some Action!: Every player must give you an Action card, if they have one. Play them all. You decide what order.
- No Limits: Discard all Hand and Keeper Limit rules currently in play. Also Hand Quota rules.
[This card is from the standard 4.0 deck. I added the last four words.]
- Pandora's Box: Draw a card. If it's a New Rule, put the card into play, if not, discard it. Keep doing this until you have played 3 New Rule cards.
[Pandora's Promo card, which came with a nice wooden Fluxx box I got to keep my cards in.]
- Stop the Clock!: If Start the Clock is in play, stop the timer, discard the Start the Clock card, and resume normal play. But hurry! If the timer rings while you're trying to deactivate it, too late. Game over!
[Start the Clock is a New Rule card that ends the game in 5 minutes (as measured by a hidden timer) no matter what. I put in two Stop the Clock cards as a double failsafe.]
- Time Vortex: Gather up the cards from everyone's hands, shuffle them up (without looking), and deal them out evenly, starting with yourself.
[A Rabbit Promo card.]
- Waste Not Want Not: Start a new discard pile with this card. Shuffle the old discard pile and deal the cards out evenly to all players, starting with yourself.
- You've Got Too Many!: The player with the most cards in hand must discard them all. (If more than one player has the maximum number of cards, you choose which one of them must discard.)
- Zap a Card: Choose any card in play anywhere on the table (except for the Basic Rules and any Meta Rules) and add it to your hand, unless the card you Zapped is a Creeper, in which case it goes in front of you.
[Promo card for Aquarius, another Looney Labs game.]

CREEPERS
- Con Crud: You cannot win if you have this unless the Goal says otherwise. If you had this card during your previous turn, you may move it to any player you can touch.
[Based on the Germs card from Martian Fluxx.]
- Disgusting Fetish: You cannot win if you have this card. You may discard this card by gouging out (discarding) The Eye if you have it in play.
- Fake Keeper: Guess what! This card is actually a Creeper. If you draw it, you must put it on the table in front of you and draw another card. Also, you can't win if you have this card in play. Sucks, doesn't it?
[Made from a Keeper blank, this is the only card in my deck whose side stripe is the wrong color. I made it after accidentally wasting my last Creeper blank.]
- The Traitor: If you have this card, you cannot win by meeting the current Goal. However, if another player meets the Goal, you win instead of them. This card moves to the current player whenever a New Rule is played.
[Promo card for Are You The Traitor?, another Looney Labs game.]
